Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference, invites applications for a full time Assistant Director, Athletic Performance in the Department of Athletics.  The Assistant Director is responsible to the Director, Athletic Performance to assist with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for all of the University's sports programs including 4-6 Olympic teams and assist with football.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.  Must possess the knowledge and ability to assist with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs, at the Division I level.  Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are necessary.  Excellent communication skills, computer skills and related experience in athletics required.  CSCS or SCCC and First aid/CPR certification required.
