Job Summary

This position will assist the Men's and Women's Squash program/Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Men’s and Women's Squash team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a Division I Squash program.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Men's and Women's Squash teams during practices and match-days.
• Assist with student athletes' academic and athletic development.
• Identify and recruit prospective student athletes.
• Assist the Head Coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.
• Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience playing or coaching Squash.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate squash player.
• Interest in a career in college coaching.

This position is classified as Exempt. The offered rate is dependent upon internal equity and the successful candidate’s competencies, education, and experience.
