Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Women's Softball Coach on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport of softball and a desire to help student-athletes develop their skills both on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices
- Assists with logistics and planning for the team
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players
- Assist with game day preparations and strategy
- Help monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes
- Assist with recruiting and scouting of potential players
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture

- Previous coaching experience, preferably in softball

- Commitment to upholding the values and mission of the athletic program
