Minimum Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree and two (2) years of relevant experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Job Duties

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Oversee all aspects of NCAA financial aid and monitoring of NCAA Bylaw 15 including but not limited to provision of Athletics Grant-in-Aid (GIA) awards to prospects and continuing student-athletes, tracking of financial aid awards, tracking of financial aid awards for House settlement compliance, preparing squad lists, updating all financial aid information into Teamworks C&R, working collaboratively with campus financial aid office to award and track Athletics GIAs inclusive of renewals/non-renewals/increases/reductions/cancellations. |

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Serve as the liaison with the bursar’s office to track student-athlete financial aid refunds, account balances, authorized aid, holds, and drop dates. Serve as the Athletics Department contact for student account inquiries. |

Administer the playing and practice season regulations and monitoring of NCAA Bylaw 17 for all sports. |

Provide NCAA/House settlement rules education to both coaches and student-athletes in the areas of financial aid. |

Provide rules interpretations for coaches and staff members, including researching questions regarding NCAA rules presented by coaching staff, athletic administrators, and personnel from other departments. |
