The University of South Dakota is seeking a
Director of Olympic Sports Performance
to join our dynamic athletic team and help shape the future of student-athlete excellence.
The Director of Olympic Sports Performance will lead the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Staff in developing and implementing a holistic student-athlete performance program. This role combines leadership in strength and conditioning, nutrition planning, athletic training coordination, and competition preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Sport Performance Leadership:
Direct all aspects of strength, speed, conditioning, agility, recovery, and healthy habits for the Olympic Sports. Supervise and collaborate with two Assistant Directors of Sport Performance. Design and implement cutting-edge strategies to maximize team and individual performance. Head Strength and Conditioning coach for either men’s basketball, women’s basketball, or volleyball along with other assigned sports.
