Position Summary Information

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s Degree from an appropriately accredited institution - NCAA Division I Football Recruiting, Coaching Experience or Playing Experience - Demonstrated experience navigating University policies, NCAA Rules, and Conference Compliance Rules as they pertain to recruitment - Knowledge of High Schools, High School Coaches and High School Prospects - Experience with Official and Unofficial Recruiting Visits of High School Prospects and Parents

- Oversight of all on-campus recruiting operations - Coordinate & oversee planning processes for detailed, organized, unique and memorable on-campus experiences through game day visits, official visits, unofficial visits and Junior Days/Large Events. - Coordinate & oversee all recruiting events with responsibility for itinerary creation, internal communication, venue reservation, meal reservations, on & off-campus transportation, official visitor lodging, and staff assignments. - Coordinate and provide on-campus tours, campus information and assistance to PSAs, parents and coaches. - Direct communication with PSAs, parents and coaches through in-person, telephone and social media for the purpose of recruitment. - Coordinate & oversee initial eligibility & admissions process (signees & transfers). - Assist the head coach and assistant coaches with recruiting travel. - Oversee Mountaineer Pride exec committee & all student workers. - Other duties as assigned.
