Job Description

The University of Missouri Athletics Department is looking to hire a Facilities Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Facility Operations, the Facilities Manager will ensure the functionality of our facilities and grounds as required by a high-level Division One Athletics Department.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the building services and maintenance operations of assigned Mizzou Sports Park facilities ensuring that the facility is at optimal functionality.

Job Description

The University of Missouri Athletics Department is looking to hire a Facilities Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Facility Operations, the Facilities Manager will ensure the functionality of our facilities and grounds as required by a high-level Division One Athletics Department.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the building services and maintenance operations of assigned Mizzou Sports Park facilities ensuring that the facility is at optimal functionality.

Supervising and assisting service, maintenance and support staff as well as serving as the liaison with other managers to facilitate user needs.

Ensuring that all facilities adhere to proper safety standard.

Maintaining inventory and keeping in good working order all equipment needed to perform functions.

Communicating with external contractors and vendors.

Ensuring that all work performed by contractors is complaint with contract documents.

Planning, tracking, and prioritizing facility projects and ensuring clear and consistent communications.

Running routine maintenance inspections and accurately following maintenance protocols.

Preparing and implementing project budgets and time frames.

Other duties as assigned.

Shift

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm; nights and weekends as needed, by events.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $55,000/year

Grade: GGS-010
