Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be admitted to a graduate degree program. 

2. Must be in good academic standing 

3. Be registered for the respective semester – six (6) semester credit hours during the fall semester, six (6) semester credit hours during the spring semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session or be registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements of the degree plan.

1. Assist the Head Coach with practice and game-day preparation and execution. 2. Maintain and ensure student-athlete academic integrity. 3. Provide service to the Institution as assigned by the Director of Athletics & Recreation or the Head Coach. 4. Adhere to NCAA, conference, departmental, and university policies, procedures, and expectations. 5. Assists with the identification, recruitment and selection of quality student-athletes and maintains contact with prospective student-athletes 6. Serves as liaison between sport supervisor including facilities, marketing and promotions, game operations, ticket and media relations 7. Assists with the development of marketing strategies for recruiting prospective student-athletes and community engagement. 8. Assists with alumni and community relations and outreach. 9. Manages all logistics of team travel and coordinates, organizes, and collaborates with vendors regarding team travel, meal arrangements, and team practice sites. 10. Organizes and maintains accurate inventory of volleyball equipment and uniforms. 11. Oversees marketing, outreach and administrative duties for camp activities 12. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and commitment to University, NCAA, and WAC compliance rules and regulations 13. Assist with the organization and planning of practice and competitive strategies. 14. Performs other duties as needed.
