The Head Coach of Women’s Soccer is responsible for administering all aspects of the sport program including: coaching, recruiting, game scheduling, student development, budget management, compliance with NCAA D3, and conference rules/regulations and community building. The head coach will teach in the physical education curriculum. The head coach is also responsible to participate as a member of the college community and with all collaborative departmental functions as needed. Beginning this year, there is the resource to have a year round assistant coach, minimum twenty hours year round, flexing up to forty hours in competitive season.
This is a full time exempt position with excellent benefits, vacation, retirement and continuing education support.

$75,500 - $80,000 Per Year
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
